1.Proper rest in the form of sleep.
When you are about to sleep, there should be no food in stomach . Even stomach should take rest at the time of sleep. That’s why our ancestors ate food before sunset.
2. Proper food.
Food should not be over processed like bakery food. They are the real cause of all stomach disorders . Atleast one meal in a day should contain raw food. so that it provides enzymes vitamins and life-force to body.
3. Proper water.
We should drink water always on empty stomachs. At least five litres a day.
4. Proper exercise.
At least one hour exercise. Healthy people can go to Gym whereas unhealthy people should do jogging or yogasanas.
5. Proper mind.
Mind has so much influence on body. So mind should be cool and positive. As we all know, meditation is very helpful for this purpose.
6. Never eat Junk foods.
Don’t eat anything at other than meals time.
If you eat, you are forcing your stomach to digest while it is taking some rest after digesting meals. So, we should avoid all kinds of tea, coffee, ice-cream etc which have very bad impact on stomach.
