So, I had put on a few kilos due to a recent move. Went thru a miserable phase and then got myself together and put an few lifestyle changes into place.
Am sharing them with you and hope you could add your comments, advice, suggestions and/or your lifestyles tips.
1) Started taking the stairs and getting my own groceries. It’s tempting to call the grocer and place the order, so it took quite some will to get by ass off the couch.
2) Consciously drank more water. And included at least two-three glasses of warm water in a day.
3) Did 20 crunches and 20 sit-ups every day. Mostly, thanks to super busy mornings, I can only do this every eve.
4) Ate a heavy breakfast, had fruits and chaash for lunch, and had two chapattis and veggies for early dinner. My dinner had to be done before 7.
5) Avoided sugar like plague. It really hard initially but gets better with time.
6) Two nights skipped dinner all together. And drank juice or clear soups instead.
7) Munched on oranges during the day. Well, I love oranges so that worked for me.
In the end, I knew I couldn’t follow a heavy workout schedule to decide to do this instead.
