When we are not feeling hungry, we still eat food. That food which we take will not get digested properly.
This undigested food causes constipation.
This constipation again reduces digestive fire.
Again we eat something with out digestive fire.
This cycle never ends as long as we give no respect to rules of body.
Avoid constipation is first and foremost important thing.
Never use medicines for constipation. They only do harm in the long run.
To avoid constipation we need to do three things.
1. Eat fibre food. You should be very strict regarding this. Even don’t touch white rice which is devoid of vital fiber and vitamins. If u can , try brown rice. Other wise eat only Roti (Chapatis) with vegetable curry. Avoid all kinds of Non-Veg food.
2.Drink lots of water on empty stomach. Never drink water after food. it dilutes acids there by reducing digestive power.
3. Do exercise that impacts stomach (that put some pressure on stomach organs).
like jogging , running etc. Best thing is Yogasanas or SuryaNamaskar.
SuryaNamaskar indeed is the best exercise for all stomach ailments as there will so much on stomach organs in this exercise.
