Do’s:
1. Drink 1 – 2 glasses of water early morning to stay healthy and acidity – free.
2. Eat carbohydrate rich food like rice ,which is easy to digest without any acid formation.
3. Eating bananas help prevent the symptoms of acidity and heartburn.
4. Exercise daily.
5. Vegetables like sweet potatoes ,carrot and beet root are effective in fighting acidity.
Dont’s:
1. Don’t eat fried and oily food.
2. Avoid intake of coffee ,tea and soft drinks.
3. Avoid eating citrus fruits ,such as sweet lime and oranges , as they have high acid content.
