Smokers used to have coffee after meals with Cigarettes. Tip is – Try to have sweets, a piece of dark chocoolate or deserts after meals. Later you will see that smoking spoils your taste.
Manage Cigarette cravings associated with alcohols –
Instead of having Cigarette along with alcohols, try to have nuts, chips with non-alcohlic drinks. They are great cigarette substitutes.
Others –
- Do some physical activity. Join exercise class. This will keep smokers mind off smoking.
- Eat more fruits, Raw materials like carrots etc.
